Paulo Ferreira is being offered as a part exchange in order to secure David Luiz from Benfica. The Blues are set to offer £20million plus Portugal full-back Ferreira to get the highly-rated Brazilian centre-half.

Chelsea have been after the 23-year old for a few months now but have made their intentions clear by throwing in Ferreira who has made 17 league appearances this term.
