Juventus have a do or die match in the Champions League

Juventus have a do or die match in the Champions League when they are against Bayern Munich in the second leg of the last 16 round.

The Italian outfit are one of the most powerful across European football going by the last few months of results. However, they failed to hold onto a 2-0 advantage at home and ended up doing the match 2-2. The two away goals have given the huge advantage to Bayern ahead of the second leg. Still, the positive aspect for Juventusis that they need only a win away from home.Patrice Evraremains confident of achieving success in Germany.

The former Manchester United left back has been part of numerous European nights. There have been times when everything seemed lost, but the Champions League always offers hope until the final whistle. Evra has recalled this aspect while the club will be hoping to take advantage of any uncertainty at Bayern. Ever since Pep Guardiola announced his departure from the club in the summer, Bayern have been going through the motions and have often been found out. The club surrendered an immense advantage in the Bundesliga and are now only five points above the second placed Borussia Dortmund.

Juventus, meanwhile, are flying high in the table after been disappointing earlier in the season.

“I believe we can do it. Juventus are on the rise both in Italy and in Europe.Nobody expected us to make the final last year and nobody thinks we can beat Bayern, but we’ve got to believe in it. We want to make our fans proud. I don’t see any tiredness at all. It’s all in the mind. We know that what we can achieve is too great [to be feeling tired],” Evra told Jenny B Campbell ahead of the second leg against Bayern Munich.
